The present invention relates to a substrate bonding apparatus rotating a display substrate and a touch screen substrate at the same time to have an optical clear resin (OCR) spread on the display substrate and transporting the touch screen substrate to the display substrate to bond the same. The substrate bonding apparatus includes: a rotation chuck spreading the OCR by rotating a first substrate with the OCR dropped in the middle of an upper portion thereof; a rotation disk connected to the rotation chuck with multiple bushing guide members and rotated in linkage with the rotation of the rotation chuck, wherein a second substrate is located in a lower portion thereof; a disk supporting member disposed outside the rotation disk and supporting an upper portion of the rotation disk rotating in the linkage with the rotation chuck; and a straight line transporting device connected to the disk supporting member and transporting the rotation disk rotating in the linkage with the rotation chuck to the rotation chuck along the bushing guide members to have the first substrate bonded to the second substrate by the OCR.
