The present invention relates to a solar cell module. The solar cell module according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a solar cell having a first electrode and a second electrode which are separately formed on a semiconductor substrate and the rear surface of the semiconductor substrate; a first conductive wiring which is disposed on the rear surface of the solar cell and gets access to the first electrode, and a second conductive wiring which gets access to the second electrode; a conductive adhesive which electrically connects a gap between the first electrode and the first conductive wiring, and a gap between the second electrode and the second conductive wiring; and an insulation layer which mutually insulates a gap between the first electrode and the second electrode, a gap between the first conductive wiring and the second conductive wiring, a gap between the first conductive wiring and the second electrode, or a gap between the second conductive wiring and the first electrode, wherein the curing temperature of the insulation layer is different from the curing temperature of the conductive adhesive. |
