The present invention discloses a hot and cold water purifier which reduces amount of electricity used as well as improving an insulation effect of hot water. The disclosed hot and cold water purifier comprises: a hot water supply unit which stores water supplied from the outside, heats water flowing therein, and discharges the water; and a hot water insulation unit which covers the hot water supply unit for insulating the hot water supply unit.
