The present invention relates to a juice extraction screw assembly having an opening/closing means, capable of opening and closing a juice extract discharging pipe for discharging a juice extract, and to a juicer comprising the same. The assembly comprises: a housing; a juice extract discharging pipe communicated with the housing; and an discharging pipe opening/closing unit for opening and closing the juice extract discharging pipe. The discharging pipe opening/closing unit is detachable to the juice extract discharging pipe, for opening/closing the juice extract discharging pipe by the rotation on one side of the discharging pipe opening/closing unit.
