A blood purifying filter in accordance with the present invention comprises: a plasma separating filter for separating plasma from blood when the blood enters one side thereof; a blood dialyzing filter connected to the plasma separating filter and removing toxins and waste matter from the blood; a housing for providing an installation space of the plasma separating filter and the blood dialyzing filter, and comparting a plasma flowing section in the outside of the plasma separating filter and the blood dialyzing filter; and a plasma inlet port and a plasma outlet port which enable the plasma, separated by the plasma separating filter, to pass the plasma flowing section. The housing comprises a wall body, a lower cap coupled to the plasma separating filter in a lower side of the wall body, and an upper cap coupled to the blood dialyzing filter in an upper side of the wall body. The blood purifying filter in accordance with the present invention can effectively purify the blood of patients requiring a blood purification therapy by integrating the separation of plasma for separating plasma from blood, the adsorption of the plasma for removing hepatotoxin and waste matter from the separated plasma, and the dialysis of blood for removing urotoxin and waster matter from the blood; and can provide a blood purifying apparatus, which is simple and has improved convenience of installation and use, by using one filter. |
