Disclosed is a joint movement assistance device. The present device comprises: a sensor part for measuring the biological information of a user; a joint fixing part fixed to a joint part of the user; a first fixing part connected to one side of the joint fixing part through a wire; a second fixing part disposed in the opposite direction of one side of the joint fixing part and connected to the joint fixing part; a power part for providing power for a joint movement of the user by providing the power to the wire; and a control part for determining intended motions of the user on the basis of the biological information measured by the sensor part, and controlling the power part regulating the power applied to the wire. Therefore, user convenience can be improved.
