The present invention relates to a liquid separation apparatus using a siphon principle. According to the present invention, the solvent and the solute contained in the liquid are separated by using a fixation image consisting of a fiber or fabric and by the capillary phenomenon and the siphon principle or a specific solvent has an effect of selectively separating from multiple solvents. Further, the liquid separation apparatus has an excellent cost saving effect of reducing such as installation costs and maintenance costs compared to a conventional separation apparatus, is environmentally friendly, and significantly reduces an energy use.
