The present invention relates to a washing apparatus. According to an aspect of the present invention, the washing apparatus comprises: a drum to accommodate laundry; a washing wing disposed in the drum; a washing shaft connected to the washing wing; a dehydrating shaft connected to the drum; a drive motor to supply a drive force to the washing shaft and the dehydrating shaft; and a clutch to selectively supply a rotational force of the dehydrating shaft to the washing wing. When the washing shaft rotates, the washing wing can move vertically in the drum according to an operation of the clutch. |
