The present invention relates to a pore-tightening cosmetic composition containing, as active ingredients, desalinated lava seawater and an extract of Neofinetia falcate cell culture fluid. The composition of the present invention can remove wastes from pores, resulting in reduction in the size of pores without irritating skin so as to allow a user to keep skin smooth. Thus, the composition of the present invention is useful as a functional cosmetic ingredient for pore-tightening.
