The present invention relates to a graphene sheet, particularly, to a manufacturing method of a graphene sheet capable of preventing quality degradation caused by expansion, and to a graphene sheet manufactured by the same. In accordance with the present invention as described, a manufacturing method of the graphene sheet can comprise: a step of manufacturing a graphene oxide film; a step of performing treatment for preventing expansion of the graphene oxide film; and a step of heat treating the graphene oxide film. The manufacturing method in the present invention can prevent adverse effects of crystallization caused by volumetric expansion while increasing density of a graphene sheet, and thus can improve mechanical strength, electrical and thermal characteristics of the graphene sheet. |
