NETWORK SCAN METHOD FOR CIRCUMVENTING FIREWALL, IDS OR IPS

The present invention relates to a network scan method for bypassing a firewall, an IDS and an IPS. More desirably, the method comprises the steps of: an input unit receiving an IP address of a network to be scanned; an IP octet separation unit classifying the IP address into a plurality of classes according to a band to separate the IP octet by each of the classes; and a network scanner scanning the separated IP octet using one among a plurality of scan methods. By such a configuration, the network scan method for bypassing a firewall, an IDS or an IPS selects a scan method appropriate for a network situation to scan the octets while changing the octets from octet A to octet D sequentially among the IP octets, thereby easily scanning the network while bypassing the firewall without performing a separate setup operation on an internal network.
