The present invention relates to a ship wherein a deckhouse having a floating function is installed, which comprises: the deckhouse having a watertight bulkhead at a specific position, and arranged in an upper portion of a hull of the ship; and a fixed coupling unit formed between the hull and the deckhouse for the deckhouse to be separated from the hull. Therefore, the ship wherein the deckhouse having a floating function is installed may comprise a bulkhead for the deckhouse to be separated from the hull by buoyancy when the ship is submerged.
