The present invention comprises: a rotor shaft where a plurality of rotating blades are mounted; a bearing assembly supporting the rotor shaft to be rotated; a casing forming a flow passage of a fluid and having a space where the rotating blades are disposed to convert thermal energy of the fluid into mechanical energy with rotation; a foundation fixedly supporting the bearing assembly and the casing; and a packing device installed in the rotor shaft to seal a gap between the casing and the rotor shaft and supported by the foundation. The casing realizes a turbine comprising a connection unit fixated to the casing to be extended toward the packing device and enable a position of the casing to be changed relative to the packing device to reduce a required clearance between the packing device and the rotor shaft to reduce a leakage of the fluid.
