The present invention relates to an elliptical heat exchange tube and a hot water storage type heat exchanger having the same, which use the relatively small number of heat exchange tubes as the elliptical heat exchange tube having an elliptical cross section has the same heat transfer area as a conventional heat exchange tube. Moreover, the present invention improves heat exchange efficiency by forming a part of heat exchange fins inside the elliptical heat exchange tube in a separation type and prevents the deformation of the heat exchange tube and improves the productivity of the heat exchange tube by forming the remaining part of the heat exchange fins in a connection type. Also, the present invention increases a heat transfer area compared with the whole outer diameter of the heat exchanger by arranging the elliptical heat exchange tube and a circular heat exchange tube in a heat exchange body. |
