According to one embodiment of the present invention, a flexible organic light emitting display device includes a first flexible substrate on which a plurality of pixels are formed and a second flexible substrate on which a color filter is formed to correspond to the pixels. The pixels includes: a plurality of thin film transistors; a planarization layer formed on the thin film transistors; a first electrode patterned on the planarization layer; a bank partially overlapping the outside of the patterned first electrode and formed to generate scattered reflection; an organic light emitting layer formed on the first electrode; and a second electrode formed on the organic light emitting layer and the bank. The color filter includes at least red, green, and blue color filters, and a black matrix is formed between the color filters. |
