The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating acne, comprising chlorine e6 and, more specifically, to a composition using chlorine e6 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active component, having improved stability by using a specific stabilizer such as trehalose and having excellent anti-bacterial activity against acne germs, thereby being used as a medicine such as a dermatologic drug and cosmetics.
