The present invention relates to a ceramic board formed with a charcoal layer inside, and a method for manufacturing the same. Moreover, the present invention relates to a ceramic board using a pine tree by-product beneficial to modern people living for a long time indoors and having excellent antibacterial effects by releasing phytoncide, and to a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a ceramic board using a pine tree by-product comprises: a crushing step (S100) for grinding loess, sand, and clay, and evenly grinding a pine tree by-product to a 100-200 mesh size; a mixing and stirring step (S200) for mixing 40-60 wt% of loess, 15-20 wt% of clay, 5-15 wt% of sandy soil, and 10-30 wt% of a pine tree by-product ground through the crushing step (S100) by using a stirrer; a moisture content adjusting step (S300) for adjusting a moisture content of a mixture to be 5-25% of a moisture content by mixing loess, clay, sandy soil, and a pine tree by-product with water; a press molding step (S400) for press-molding in a board form by inserting a mixture whose moisture content is adjusted to 5-25% into a press molding device through the moisture content adjusting step (S300); a drying step (S500) for drying the board molded through the press molding step (S400) to allow a moisture content to be 2-4%; a sintering step (S600) for sintering the board molded through the press drying step (S500) by inserting the board into a chamber; and a cooling step (S700) for cooling a ceramic board sintered at high temperatures through the sintering step (S600). |
