Salt seasoning composition according to the present invention contains about 60% of sodium, and has the effect of expressing taste, flavor, and texture of food, while also being widely chosen in depending on the types and preference of food. The present invention relates to a seasoning composition based on salt. The seasoning composition, based on solar salt, comprises red pepper paste and soybean paste which are traditional Korean fermented sauces, shrimp, kelp, and anchovies which are seafood, black pepper, wasabi, garlic, Chinese pepper, green chili pepper which are spices, and Japanese apricot, lemon and Chinese magnolia vine which are fruits, based on solar salt. The seasoning composition comprises: 60 wt% of solar salt; 10 wt% of water; 28 wt% or more of at least one from the group of the fermented sauce, the seafood, the spices, and the fruits; 0.5 wt% of citric acid; 0.5 wt% of glucose; 0.8 wt% of flavoring base; and 0.2 wt% of anticaking agent by pulverizing, dispersing, and freeze-drying the ingredients. |
