摘要

A rotation-linear motion conversion mechanism comprises: a rotation transfer member; a shaft member screw-interlocked with the rotation transfer member to rotate and linearly move; and a ball end lamp device screw-interlocked with the shaft member to apply an axial propelling force to a piston by rotation of the shaft member. The shaft member has a first screw unit formed on one end side and has a second screw unit formed on the other end side, and rotational friction torque of the first screw unit is larger than rotational friction torque of the second screw unit.
