The present invention relates to a vehicle steering wheel having a horn system for pedestrians and an attachable vehicle horn system for pedestrians and, more specifically, to a vehicle steering wheel having a horn system for pedestrians and an attachable vehicle horn system for pedestrians, which refers to a vehicle steering wheel having a built-in horn system for pedestrians added on a traditional vehicle steering wheel and a horn system for pedestrians which can be additionally installed on a traditional steering wheel, to avoid giving undue stresses to pedestrians caused by a horn sound by honking an appropriate horn sound for pedestrians in residential areas or on roads without lanes. |
