Disclosed in the present invention is a composition comprising at least one of a Taheebo extract and a ginseng leaf extract as an active ingredient. The composition disclosed in the present invention enables to activate iNOS or COX-2 by comprising at least one of the Taheebo extract and the ginseng leaf extract, to activate NF-κB or MAPKs, and to promote the generation of cytokine such as TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β. Accordingly, the composition of the present invention due to the effects is capable of exhibiting effects in enhancing immunity or effects in activating macrophage, and being broadly used in a pharmaceutical or food industry as a composition for enhancing the immunity of an individual. Particularly, the composition of the present invention can be used as a feed composition.
