The present invention relates to a novel hydrate complex of dapagliflozin, which is a SGLT2 inhibitor, with oxalic acid, succinic acid, or fumaric acid; and to a preparation method of the same. The hydrate complex of dapagliflozin with oxalic acid, succinic acid, or fumaric acid can be prepared at low costs compared to a conventional (S)-propylene glycol complex while having higher stability, and has excellent effect of eliminating impurities.
