The present invention relates to a structure of a cab tilting stay for small and medium-sized trucks and, more specifically, to a structure of a cab tilting stay comprising: a handle coupled to an end portion of a stopper lever and having an inner space therein around an opening formed in the center of the handle; an inner lever which is received to be movable in the inner space of the handle and has a protruding pin extending toward an upper stay at one side thereof; and a guide disposed at one side surface of the upper stay and having a protruding groove into which the protruding pin can be inserted, wherein the protruding pin is inserted into the protruding groove to prevent release of a locking state of the stopper lever when the upper stay and a lower stay are completely unfolded, thereby enabling to operate the invention simply by a hand without using a safety pin and preventing the stopper lever from being unlocked immediately due to a misoperation of a worker or an external impact. |
