The present invention provides a battery module structure to fix the dimension of a battery cell, and a parallel connection structure of the battery cell using the same, capable of stably fixing the dimension of a battery cell to mechanically automate a battery pack manufacturing process as well as improving the degree of freedom for design in the manufacture of a battery pack by enabling easy connection between battery cells. To achieve the purpose, the present invention includes: a pouch-shaped battery cell; an external case storing the pouch-shaped battery cell, and fixing the dimension of the pouch-shaped battery cell when storing the cell; and a conductive connection member placed in an upper part of the external case to electrically connect each electrode tab of the battery cell, stored in a pouch storing part.
