The present invention relates to a grill in a roaster, and more specifically, to a grill, comprising: an upper plate member in which food is cooked and foreign substances derived from the food are discharged to prevent the foreign substances from being resided thereon; an inclined plate member which has a predetermined angle of inclination by rotating with the upper plate member, and in which the foreign substances discharged from the upper plate member are transferred rapidly by the predetermined angle of inclination; and a lower plate member provided to be rotated with the inclined plate member, and in which the foreign substances transferred by the inclination angle of the inclined plate member are discharged externally. The upper plate member, the inclined plate member, and the lower plate member are arranged separately, thus the foreign substances are instantly discharged while cooking and the cooking time is shortened because of the relatively large contact area between food and a heat source. To this end, the grill, according to the present invention, is formed into a corrugated shape in which concave and convex parts are repeated. The grill comprises: the upper plate member in which the foreign substances generated while cooking are discharge to the lower portion; the inclined plate member arranged to be rotated with the upper plate member, and arranged to allow the heat source of the roaster to be transmitted to the upper plate member, in which the foreign substances discharged from the upper plate member are accommodated to be discharged by the inclination angle in one direction; the lower plate member arranged on the roaster to be rotated with the inclined plate member and fixing the upper plate member, upon or prior to the rotation with the inclined plate member, in which the foreign substances discharged from the inclination plate member are transferred towards the roaster; and rotary motion parts arranged on both sides of the inclined plate member to be rotated with each other to allow the inclined plate member to have the predetermined inclination angle with the upper plate member or the lower plate member. |
