Disclosed is a shearing device. The shearing device of the present invention comprises: a fixated knife wherein a target object is supported; a driving knife installed to rotate in a direction perpendicular to a transferring direction of the target object to shear the target object supported by the fixated knife; a front cover unit arranged in an inlet of the target object of the driving knife; a ridge receiving unit of which a side is recessed from a front cover unit to a direction opposite to the driving knife while a side toward the driving knife is open; an elastic member received in the ridge receiving unit; a ridge member received in the ridge receiving unit and installed to press the driving knife with an elastic force of the elastic member; and a receiving unit linearly arranged between an inner surface of the ridge receiving unit and the ridge member, and fixated to the inner surface of the ridge receiving unit. |
