Provided is a mine drainage treatment method. In the method of the present invention, strongly acidic components in mine drainage is primarily neutralized in order to efficiently treat the mine drainage discharged from exhausted mine or temporarily disused mine. The purpose of the neutralization is to harness more wider range of microalgae since it is quite hard to select microalgae capable of carrying out photobiological reaction in a strong acidic solution. After the primary neutralization, heavy metals present in the mine drainage are secondarily eliminated in a biological way while obtaining biomass at the same time. Accordingly, the present invention provides the mine drainage treatment method which is proceeded in a hybrid method. |
