The present invention relates to baked churros and a method for manufacturing the same. The manufacturing method for baking churros of the present invention includes: (a) a process for mixing butter, water, and sugar, and boiling the mixed ingredients at 100 to 110°C; (b) a process for adding flour, which is a major ingredient, to the boiled material, adding corn powder, almond powder, cinnamon powder, and salt to boiled material, and mixing and cooling the mixture thereafter; (c) a process for adding and mixing an egg, and squeezing the mixture out of a pastry bag in a form of a stick, and then baking the stick at 160 to 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes; and (d) a process for forming a sugar syrup layer on the outer circumference of the churros stick, and coating the same with various toppings including cinnamon sugar, chocolate, and ice cream. |
