Disclosed are an insert beam device for loading a block in a vessel and an insert loading method using the same. The insert beam device for loading a block in a vessel, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a ballast beam body which is connected to a crane to be moved and allows a block to be connected to one end thereof; and a counterweight which is arranged in the other end of the ballast beam body by corresponding to the block to maintain the equilibrium of the ballast beam body. Therefore, the insert beam device for loading a block in a vessel allows a block to be loaded in a vessel even if an obstacle exists on the top of a block loading area by allowing the block to be moved to the vessel while avoiding the obstacle.
