The present invention relates to a plant synthesizing a protein containing humanized paucimannose type N-glycan, and a method of producing the protein containing humanized customized paucimannose type N-glycan using the same. The plant according to the present invention can produce a protein containing humanized customized paucimannose type N-glycan by inserting T-DNA into alpha-1,3-fucosyltransferase I (FucTa), alpha-1,3-fucosyltransferase II(FucTb), beta-1,2-xylosyltransferase (XylT) and N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase II (GnTII) genes to remove a function of an enzyme, and by introducing human-derived alpha-1,6-fucosyltransferase (FUT8) genes to offer a function of the enzyme. Accordingly, the protein containing paucimannose type N-glycan according to the present invention is used as a protein drug for macrophage targeting/lyposomal accumulation diseases for a glucoprotein drug having a mannose end, or the like, and is thus useful in the protein medicine field. |
