The display device includes: a display panel; an upper frame covering an edge of an upper surface and a side surface of the display panel; a pad disposed between the display panel and the upper frame; and a film member disposed between the pad and the display panel. According to the present invention, the display panel can prevent the pad from breaking away from the upper frame by arranging the film member between the pad and the display panel.
