The present invention relates to a functional electronic music score turner and an electronic music score system using the same and, more specifically, to a functional electronic music score turner capable of turning an electronic music score composed of various format files and displayed by a display device, by using a pedal in a short distance without using a mouse, a keyboard, or a touch keyboard. The present invention provides a functional electronic music score turner including a button input unit (100), a button signal deciphering unit (200), a keyboard unit (300), and a wired or wireless keyboard signal transmission unit (400). Further, the functional electronic music score turner further comprises: a case unit (10), in which a button input unit (100), a button signal deciphering unit (200), a keyboard unit (300), and a keyboard signal transmission unit (400) are mounted, and a tuning apparatus (600). Further, the button signal deciphering unit of the functional electronic music score turner comprises a function for programming an input signal of a button.
