The present invention relates to an electric steam heater which reheats steam produced by an external heating source in a steam cooker to supply the steam to a cooking space. According to the present invention, the electric steam heater for a steam cooker comprises: a steam guide inflow pipe installed on one side of a main body; an electric heater installed lengthwise in a longitudinal direction across the inside of the main body from the other side of the main body; and a supply pipe installed on the other side of the main body. A distribution supply device constituting the interior of the main body and enclosing the electric heater is installed on a location separated from the electric heater to uniformly distribute wet steam supplied into the main body through the steam guide inflow pipe onto the electric heater. |
