Provided is an apparatus for treating and high-frequency-induced imaging for a lesion, which is intended to carry out non-invasive treatment and imaging of the lesion on a testing subject. To this end, the apparatus comprises: a high-frequency generation source generating pulse or consecutive high frequency emitted to the testing subject; a supporting rod supporting the testing subject; three or more transducers disposed in a row and by being separated from the supporting rod, detecting ultrasound generated from the testing subject, and being movable along a x, y axis by a linear motor; a water tank positioned between the transducers and the testing subject; an amplifier amplifying the ultrasound detected from the transducer; a data collecting device extracting data from the amplified ultrasound; an operation device acquiring an image after processing data collected from the data collecting device; an imaging device displaying the acquired image; and an adjustment part adjusting the pattern of high frequency and the position of the transducer.
