The present invention relates to a foldable capacitor and, more specifically, to the structure of a capacitor using an aluminum oxide layer. According to the present invention, the foldable capacitor including an aluminum oxide layer includes: an aluminum substrate which includes a bending part to have at least a pair of sides facing each other and is bent; an aluminum oxide layer which is formed on both sides or one side of the aluminum substrate except for at least part of the bending part; and an electrode layer which is formed continuously on the aluminum oxide layer and the bending part of the aluminum substrate and is connected to the sides facing each other on the aluminum substrate. According to the present invention, as a separate insulation layer is not formed after the aluminum layer is formed and instead, an Al2O3 insulation layer is formed by anodizing the aluminum layer. The manufacturing process can be simple and the manufacturing costs can be lowered. Also, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a foldable capacitor with high capacitance and high reliability by stacking capacitors including the aluminum oxide layers through a simple process. |
