The present invention discloses a mobile terminal and a control method thereof. The mobile terminal and the control method thereof can display a notice panel including at least one area from a first area displaying an icon representing at least one application having received an unconfirmed notice and a second area displaying the unconfirmed notice along a sliding trajectory, when a sliding input is received in a diagonal direction from one side surface of a touch screen. In addition, the mobile terminal and the control method thereof can change a display of the second area by the unconfirmed notice of the certain application corresponding to the drag input when a drag input in a left or right direction is received by continuing to the sliding input. According to the present invention, one inter action allows the unconfirmed notice to be confirmed by applications. Therefore, the mobile terminal can be easily controlled and used. |
