Disclosed is a head for a stirring apparatus having pulverizing and dispersing functions. The head for a stirring apparatus having pulverizing and dispersing functions includes: a body part comprising an axis-coupling hole for passing a shaft connected to a motor, by vertically penetrating the center of the head; an upper stator elongated to the top along the upper outer circumference of the body part to have multiple upper pulverizing bars and multiple upper discharging holes formed between the upper pulverizing bars; a lower stator elongated to the bottom along the lower outer circumference of the body part to have multiple lower pulverizing bars and lower discharging holes formed between the lower pulverizing bars; an upper rotor located inside the upper stator, while having a rotor blade elongated toward the side of a rotational axis with a vertically penetrating rotation hole, and having an upper pulverizing surface on the end of the rotor blade; and a lower rotor located inside the lower stator, while having a rotor blade elongated toward the side of a rotational axis with a vertically penetrating rotation hole, and having a lower pulverizing surface on the end of the rotor blade. According to the present invention, with regard to, a head for a stirring apparatus with two upper and lower rotors and stators, the flux of material toward both directions can be induced. Moreover, the pulverizing bars of both the upper and lower stators and the pulverizing surfaces of both the upper and lower rotors match each other. The power to pulverize matters, namely the shearing force, can be maximized by making the flow of material become perpendicular to the pulverizing bars of the upper and lower stators. |
