The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition containing hyaluronic acid and an extract of human adipocyte stem cell culture fluid. More specifically, provided is a cosmetic composition for wrinkle amelioration, skin whitening, skin moisturization, and skin elasticity improvement, containing hyaluronic acid and an extract of human adipocyte stem cell culture fluid. To this end, the cosmetic composition contains 0.5-20 wt% of the extract of human adipocyte stem cell culture fluid, and 0.1-2.0 wt% of hyaluronic acid, with respect to the total weight of cosmetic ingredients.
