The present invention relates to a tank fixing device and a fluid storage unit having the same. The tank fixing device comprises: multiple first coupling parts which are installed in the bottom surface of a tank; base members which are installed on a deck where the tank is to be installed at preset intervals; second coupling members which are installed on the tops of the base members; and fixing units which are arranged between the first and second coupling parts and fix or separate the first and second coupling parts to/from each other. Therefore, the present invention enables the easy installation, removal, and reconstruction of the fluid storage unit using a standardized tank fixing device.
