摘要 The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode capable of: realizing a flexible display device by sealing an organic light emitting structure in a sealing structure where inorganic sealing thin films are laminated, and completely preventing moisture or oxygen from being permeated. According to the present invention, the organic light emitting diode includes: a flexible substrate on which a plurality of cell regions defined as active regions and inactive regions are separated by a scribing line; an organic light emitting structure which is formed on the active regions on an upper part of the substrate; a gate line and a data line which are formed across the active regions and the inactive regions to operate the organic light emitting structure; an FPC connection pad which is formed on the inactive regions on the upper part of the substrate and is connected to ends of the gate line and the data line; a first inorganic sealing thin film which is formed on a first formation region except for an upper part of the FPC connection pad on the front surface of the substrate; a second inorganic sealing thin film which is formed on a second formation region which includes part of the active regions and the inactive regions on the substrate on which the first inorganic sealing thin film is formed; and a third inorganic sealing thin film which is formed on the same region as the first formation region on the upper surface of the substrate where the first and second inorganic sealing thin films are formed.
