The present invention relates to a method for extracting a driving line of a weed control robot in a rice paddy using a rice morphologic feature and, more particularly, to a method which comprises: an image obtainment step (S100) of obtaining a binary image of a rice row from a camera pre-equipped in a robot; an image processing step of obtaining a sequential difference image (SDI) of the binary image obtained by the image obtainment step (S100), and clustering rice pixels (data); a guidance line extraction step (S300) of extracting a guidance line by using the binary image passing through the image processing step (S200); and a robot control step (S400) of controlling an operation of the robot by the guidance line extracted by the guidance line extraction step (S300).
