A switchable transparent liquid crystal display device includes a light source which generates light; a liquid crystal display panel which uses the light to provide an image to a switching device, a liquid crystal and a color filter; a transparent light guide plate which is arranged in a lower part of the liquid crystal display panel, and guides a path of the light generated from the light source to the liquid crystal display panel; a semi-transmission diffusion plate which is interposed between the liquid crystal panel and the transparent light guide plate, and can change light transmission and light diffusivity; and a semi-transmission reflection plate which is arranged in a lower part of the transparent light guide plate, and can change the light transmission and light reflectivity. |
