A shape variable jig for loading a blade and a blade loading foundation structure are provided. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the shape variable jig for loading a blade comprises: an upper support plate comprising a main support plate, and first and second sub-support plates hinged to both sides of the main support plate; a height control support connected to a lower surface of the main support plate to control the height of the main support plate; and first and second angle control supports of which one ends are hinged and connected to each lower surface of the first and second sub-support plates and the other ends are hinged and connected to a side surface of the height control support where the length can be controlled. |
