PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for prompting a retransmission resource allocation by utilizing a semipermanent resource allocation message for radio communication.SOLUTION: A terminal 101 (UE): receives a semipermanent resource allocation message; determines which one is prompted by the semipermanent resource allocation message, a retransmission resource allocation or a semipermanent resource allocation, on the basis of the usage information included in the semipermanent resource allocation message; and performs a retransmission operation on the basis of the resource allocation information included in the semipermanent resource allocation message if the semipermanent resource allocation message prompts the retransmission resource allocation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
