The present invention relates to a manufacturing method using a protective film high speed cutting device with minute precision. The manufacturing method using a protective film high speed cutting device with minute precision comprises: a step of preparing a material of protective material; a step of confirming the position of the protective film; a step of adsorbing and fixing the protective film if the protective film is located in a regular position in the position confirming step; a step of moving the protective film to a starting position where a cutting work starts by powering a servo motor prepared in a displacement actuator part; a step of collecting level data when a signal for indicating the cutting work is inputted and transmitting the collected level data to the control part; a step of moving a cutting module to a position where a displacement sensor collects initial data; a step of cutting the protective film by powering a three-axis servo motor; and a step of returning the cutting module to the original position thereof after the cutting work is completed.
