The present invention relates to a transparent tourniquet which has a certain thickness and stops breeding by compressing the hemostasis part. The transparent tourniquet is made of a transparent material having excellent friction force, and is formed by having the compression surface on one surface coated with a hemostatic agent. The transparent tourniquet has a small and simple shape, and has the other surface pushed by the hands having a larger area than the blood vessel compression surface on one surface, thereby stopping the breeding by efficiently compressing the coated hemostatic agent. If a hemostatic agent charged groove filled with gauze or cotton balls exists on the compression surface of one surface, the transparent tourniquet efficiently stops breeding. The purpose of the present invention is providing the transparent tourniquet having increased contacting force and compressing force by using a material having excellent friction force, and enabling a doctor or a nurse to simply and effectively stop the breeding by compression through the compression surface on one surface of the tourniquet by the simple tourniquet having one surface coated with the hemostatic agent, and continuously check the state of the hemostasis part.
