The present invention relates to a device which installs multiple cables simultaneously comprising: a driving means (20) having an actuator (25); and a gripping means (30) which is connected to the driving means (20) to induce rotational motion linking with linear motion and applies gripping force to the multiple cables in one direction uniformly. Accordingly, the present invention reduces a labor time of a worker and increases productivity by installing a plurality of cables simultaneously with a mechanized method in a narrow and complex installation path of a ship and prevents a musculoskeletal disorder of the worker.
