The present invention relates to a bearing adiabatic structure which comprises: a housing having a cooling channel to which cooling water for cooling a rotor and a stator located inside is inputted; a bearing provided in both sides of the housing in a longitudinal direction to be coupled to a shaft provided in both ends of the rotator in a longitudinal direction; and a heat blocking member disposed between the shaft and the bearing to prevent heat generated in the rotor from being transferred to the bearing through the shaft. Since the temperature difference between an inner race and an outer race of the bearing is reduced, the durability of the bearing is increased, and eventually the durability of a motor is increased. |
