The present invention relates to a centering device having a swerving correction function of a tire pre-assembly, wherein when pre-assemblies (PA) of a side wall and an inner liner, which are tire pre-assemblies, are moved by a conveyor belt, swerving deviations of the tire pre-assemblies can be corrected by a building machine which builds a green tire. More specifically, the centering device having a swerving correction function of a tire pre-assembly is characterized in that the pre-assemblies, which are supplied by the PA supplying trucks (1a, 1b), are moved on a PA conveyor belt (2), cut by a cutter (3), and moved to an applicator (5) via a length measuring conveyor (4) such that centering alignment work of the applicator (5) is carried out using an actuator (7) in accordance with a signal provided by a centering camera (6), wherein a swerving correction camera (8) is mounted between the cutter (3) installed on a downstream part of the PA conveyor belt (2) and an upstream part of the length measuring conveyor (4), and a swerving correction actuator (9) rotates an angle of the length measuring conveyor (4) in a width direction based on a hinge shaft (10) for correcting the angle of the length measuring conveyor (4). |
