A light emitting module of an embodiment includes: first-first to first-M (M is a positive integer, not less than 2) light emitting elements; second-first to second-N (N is a positive integer, not less than 1) light emitting elements connected in parallel with a first-m (1<=m<=M) light emitting element, which is one among the first-first to first-M light emitting elements; and a flicker control part controlling the flicker of the first-first to first-M light emitting elements and the second-first to second-N light emitting elements according to a level of a driving signal. The flicker control part includes: a first flicker control unit controlling the flicker of the first-m light emitting element and the second-first to second-N light emitting elements; and a second flicker control unit controlling the flicker of a light emitting element among the first-first to first-M light emitting elements except for the first-m light emitting element. The first flicker control unit is linked with a first current, flowing in the first-m light emitting element, to compensate for a change according to the temperature of a second current, flowing in the second-first to second-N light emitting elements. |
